The housing stock in Lacey Forest is made up exclusively of single-family homes. The neighborhood was originally developed in the late 1930s to the mid 1940s, and even though many of the homes are originals, there are homes that have been recently constructed with all of the bells and whistles that high-end homebuyers seek. The homes that were originals to the neighborhood often have less square footage than new construction, but many of the homes have been renovated with desirable interior finishes.
